New Client Onboarding Process

1. Initial Contact
Receive Inquiry: Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, phone, or contact form.

2. Introductory Meeting
Discuss Project Details: Use the questionnaire to gather information about the company, project scope, goals, target audience, budget, timeline, and deliverables.
Identify Key Contacts: Determine who the main point of contact will be for the project.
Set Expectations: Outline your design process, communication methods, and expected timeline.

3. Proposal and Agreement
Prepare a Proposal: Develop a detailed proposal including project scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost.
Send Proposal to Client: Email the proposal to the client for review.
Review and Revise: Address any questions or changes requested by the client.
Sign Agreement: Once the proposal is accepted, have both parties sign a formal agreement or contract.

4. Project Kickoff
Kickoff Meeting: Schedule a kickoff meeting to officially start the project.
Define Project Plan: Create a detailed project plan with milestones, deadlines, and key deliverables.
Assign Team Members: Allocate team members to specific tasks and responsibilities.

5. Research and Discovery
Conduct Research: Perform market and competitor research relevant to the project.
Gather Assets: Collect any necessary assets from the client, such as logos, brand guidelines, and existing marketing materials.

6. Design Phase
Concept Development: Develop initial design concepts based on the project requirements and goals.

7. Production and Implementation
Create Final Designs: Develop the final design deliverables in the required formats.

Client Delivery: Deliver the final design files to the client.

8. Review and Feedback
Make Adjustments: Address any final tweaks or adjustments requested by the client.
